The Global Transaction Advisory Group has added four Managing Directors, two in Mumbai, one in San Francisco and one in New York.
Angshuman Bhattacharya, based in Mumbai, brings over 16 years of experience in strategy formulation, supply chain optimization and mergers and acquisitions. He serves as A&M’s industry leader across the food and beverage, consumer goods and agribusiness sectors.
Greg Cibuzar is based in A&M’s San Francisco office. He brings over a decade of public accounting and consulting experience with a specialty in pre- and post-transaction financial and operational due diligence. Mr. Cibuzar is focused on serving A&M’s clients in our dedicated software and technology practice.
Bhavik Hathi brings over 15 years of experience advising clients in transactions and audit. He concentrates on financial and commercial due diligence, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hathi serves as A&M’s industry leader across the financial services and real estate sectors.
Jeremy Nanus is based in our New York office where he brings extensive experience with multinational buy and sell-side diligence projects for private equity and corporate clients. His deep industry expertise includes manufacturing, distribution, industrials, consumer products, building products, automotive, business services and media & entertainment.

Adam Benson is based in A&M’s San Francisco assists financial buyers with tax due diligence and planning for buy and sell-side transactions with specific focus on cross-border and multinational transactions. His practice spans multiple industry sectors including software and technology, consulting / outsourcing, manufacturing, agriculture, and services. Prior to joining A&M in New York, Mr. Benson was with A&M in San Francisco.
Christopher Howe focuses on mergers and acquisitions transactions and corporate tax matters in both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy settings. Mr. Howe brings significant experience in private equity, accounting, tax planning and tax controversy matters.
